To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, not downloaded, and unused. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Return and Exchange Policy:
If you receive a defective or damaged item, or if you receive an item that does not match your order such as missing pages or missing chapters, we will gladly exchange it for the correct one. To initiate a return and exchange, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Once we receive the returned item, we will send a replacement to you at no additional cost.
